A SHARPER PLAN FOR 2027. And the people to make it happen.
Every seat is chosen with intention. In a personal call, we define your one question for 2027: a decision, a direction, or a place you feel stuck. Then I build the group around what each person needs. Two weeks before we leave, you know who is joining and what they bring. We meet online first, so you arrive among familiar faces.
Away from your routine, people open up. That's where the real conversations start. Six days of skiing, lunch and dinner together every day, and evenings I facilitate to go deeper. Your own hot seat, where the group works on your question with you. And room to breathe, or to work if you need to.
The week is where trust is built. What comes after is where it grows. You leave with your next steps written down. Regular check ins keep you moving, and we meet again in March or April to see where everyone stands.
THE WEEK
SKIING. LONG DINNERS. Honest conversations.
Your days, your pace. The only fixed moments are lunch and dinner together, because that's where the connection happens.
Not a skier? Snowshoe walks, spa and the village are right there. Need to work? Take the call. (Snowboarders welcome. You need someone to pull you on the straights anyway.)
MORNINGS
Breakfast starts with one anchor question to set the tone for the day. Then we ski in groups by level, so no one holds anyone back. One guided off piste day for those who want it (paid separately).
AFTERNOONS
Lunch together. Afternoons are yours: ski on, spa, a walk, a nap or an hour of work. Your call.
EVENINGS
Dinner together every night. Then the hot seats: one person brings their question, the group asks, listens and gives input. Midweek we check in on what is shifting. And yes, there will be après ski. Probably more than once. ;-)

A deposit of €500 reserves your place and is deducted from the total price. Can't make it after all? You get it back in full until October 14. After that, it's non-refundable.

Ali ChariI don't organize events. I set the table for the right people.
For more than five years, connecting people has been my craft. As a community lead, facilitator and guest lecturer, I create the conditions where trust forms fast and people go deeper than usual.
Some of the best insights I ever got didn't come from a meeting room. They came from time away with the right people: on a ski lift, at a long dinner, travelling four weeks on my own. Higher Ground brings that together, on purpose.
I talk to everyone before they join, and I only say yes when I know you'll add something to the group, and the group to you. The week is the format. The curation is the product.
